Announcement of the election of the candidate for rector of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava

 

 

I.

Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava according to article 16 point 5 of the Statute of AFAD in Bratislava, as amended by supplements no. 1,2,3 and 4 announce the election of a candidate for the rector of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava (hereinafter referred to as the "AFAD") for the term of office from 1.2.2023 to 31.1.2027.

 

II.

The Academy of Fine Arts and Design  in Bratislava determines the deadline for submitting proposals for candidates for the rector of the AFAD from 6.5.2022 to 2.9.2022.  Proposals must be delivered to the address: AFAD in Bratislava, Hviezdoslavovo nám. č. 18, 814 37 Bratislava by post or through the filing office on 2.9.2022 by 12.00 hour.

 

III.

AFAD in Bratislava announces that the election assembly, whose members are all members of the Academic Senate and all members of the Board of AFAD, will take place on 27.09.2022 at 10:00 hours in Bratislava, Drotárska street 44.

 

IV.

The necessary parts of proposal of the candidate for rector are:

 

• Personal data, including contact details (name, surname, titles, address for receiving of documents, email, telephone number).

 

• Structured curriculum vitae (maximum 3-page - standard page has 1800 characters) of the candidate for the rector of the AFAD. (If the working curriculum of the candidate for rector is not submitted, the proposal will not be accepted).

 

 • Program theses of the candidate for rector of the AFAD contain the draft strategy of school development (maximum 2-page - the standard page has 1800 characters. If the program theses of the candidate for rector are not part of the proposal, the proposal will not be accepted).

 

 • Expression agreement of candidacy: "By signing, I confirm that I agree with my candidacy for the rector of the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava for the period from 1 February 2023 to 31 January 2027. At the same time, I agree with the publication of my CV and program theses."

 

• Listing from the criminal record not older than 3 months (If the listing from the criminal record of the candidate for rector is not attached, the proposal will not be accepted).
