Programming period 2004 - 2006

The Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic: Mediator under managerial entity for SOP ĽZ and JPD BA Target 3

The Department for the Operational Program at the Section of European Affairs at the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic in the program period of 2004-2006 acted as the mediator under the managerial entity for the sector Operation Program of Human Resources (hereinafter referred to as „SOP ĽZ") and Unified program document NUTS II - Bratislava Target 3 (hereinafter referred to as „JPD BA Target 3").

The government assigned these tasks to the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic through its resolutions. The resolution of the government of the Slovak Republic No. 317 of March 27, 2002, assigned the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic as manager for the SOP ĽZ and JPD BA Target 3. Resolution No. 476 of May 9, 2002, of the government of the Slovak Republic also assigned the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic as the managing entity and the Ministry of Education of the Slovak Republic as the mediator under the managing entity for implementation of the SOP ĽZ and JPD BA Target 3.
